Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive sales strategy in collaboration with Sales Leadership and the CRO
  • Ensure strategic alignment across go-to-market efforts, including PLG and outbound sales
  • Drive operational rigor in sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth priorities
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategic GTM roles in high-growth SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions and consumption-based business models
  • Expertise in Excel, BI platforms, and strong understanding of SQL for data analysis
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce and GTM metrics to influence outcomes
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and outcomes
