A company is looking for a Sales Planning Program Manager to lead fiscal year sales planning and operational initiatives for the Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine end-to-end sales planning processes including segmentation, forecasting, and territory planning
- Ensure compliance and documentation of governance frameworks and lead audit processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align planning frameworks with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, or GTM strategy roles
- Proven experience with change management skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Skilled in project management methodologies
- Excellent facilitation and executive presentation skills
