Key Responsibilities

- Oversee triage tasks such as license management, feature requests, and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, focusing on Salesforce implementations
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
- Familiarity with hospitality industry workflows is a plus
- Proficiency with project tools such as Jira or Smartsheet preferred
