IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer III to improve IT systems focusing on integration, automation, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Own IT projects to enhance security and systems integration of third-party SaaS platforms
• Manage Level 3 IT helpdesk escalations and collaborate with the IT managed services provider
• Drive continuous improvement in IT vendor relationships and system quality through best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, preferably in a growth stage company
• Experience with SCIM, SAML, ITSM, IdP/IAM, and IT automation
• Background in a regulated industry, ideally healthcare or telehealth
• Ability to manage complex projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for improving employee IT experience and security
