Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer, Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers in incident management, problem management, and change management for various IT infrastructure systems
• Plan, implement, document, and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure systems while maintaining system health reports
• Act as a technical subject matter expert and provide escalated support for junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related experience
• 7+ years of experience managing Windows systems and enterprise services
• Experience with virtual infrastructure and large-scale datacenter operations
• Proficiency in automation using VBScript and/or PowerShell
• Experience with network and server monitoring tools
