A company is looking for a Staff SRE Solutions Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and user guides
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to gather data and integration requirements
- Design and manage the CMDB data validation process and ensure data quality
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of CMDB/CSDM data models and service mapping
- Proficiency in ITSM tools and integration platforms, especially ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in global enterprises, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow IT Operations
- Experience with various integration types, including REST/SOAP APIs
