Applications Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Systems Analyst for a Fulltime Limited Duration Remote Position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and coordinate analysis, development, testing, and implementation of system upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, implement process changes, and enhance system functionality
• Participate in testing, maintain support documentation, and troubleshoot support tickets while ensuring compliance with change management procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Clinical, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software or hardware design, configuration, training, or application implementation
• Preferred background in healthcare operations and experience with clinical or business workflow analysis
• Preferred certifications relevant to supported applications
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and back-office client applications
