Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their Sales Operations and IT team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new Salesforce Org
• Support the delivery of Salesforce solutions and lead UAT testing activities
• Manage reporting needs and provide post-launch hypercare support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Experience in reporting and dashboard creation within Salesforce
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator are highly desirable
• Fluency in English and German; knowledge of French or Swedish is a plus
