Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users and manage updates within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests
- Monitor, triage, and manage support tickets in accordance with SLA timelines
- Configure minor updates and perform administrative tasks based on end-user needs
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce solutions, specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications are a plus
- Experience with support ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow
- Proficiency in basic Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Familiarity with change management and deployment processes
