Oracle Database Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Administrator (Oracle).

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases supporting applications such as the Banner ERP system
• Monitor database performance, implement tuning procedures, and ensure database integrity, security, and availability
• Collaborate with IT teams to support Banner ERP systems and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA, specifically with the Banner ERP system
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and performance tuning
• Experience with Oracle ASM and Data Guard is preferred
• Proficiency in PL/SQL programming and database automation
• Experience administering Java applications, including Tomcat web servers
