Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring system integrity and performance
- Optimize processes and automation for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Manage data integrity, create reports and dashboards, and provide user support and training
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications are a plus
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and data management tools
- Basic understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and third-party integrations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
