A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
- Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities
- Proficient in SQL and Apex programming
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred
