Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Membership Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce platform in support of membership operations and accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable, coordinating with accounts payable teams and third-party payment portals
- Provide technical support to end-users and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a membership-based or service-driven organization
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications are a plus
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including Reports & Dashboards and process automation
- Familiarity with data migration tools and third-party integrations
