Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Analyst specializing in Salesforce to provide support for Salesforce users and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support and triage support tickets
- Monitor and respond to user requests, escalating issues as necessary
- Create and maintain documentation for end users on application processes
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer and/or application support experience in a technical environment
- 1-2 years of general systems experience
- Associate degree in a technology-focused field is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Experience with ITSM tools or project management software is advantageous
