Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Automotive Cloud SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on Salesforce Automotive Cloud and related technologies
• Design, implement, and manage scalable CRM solutions tailored to automotive use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and improve customer journeys

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce Automotive Cloud
• Strong understanding of automotive industry operations and customer experience challenges
• Hands-on experience with Automotive Data Foundation (ADF) and related technologies
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with DMS, ERP, and marketing automation platforms
• Salesforce certifications, including completion of Salesforce Automotive Cloud 7 Modules and Trailhead modules
