Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Fulfillment Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve business and system processes for fulfillment within Salesforce and through third-party integrations
• Design, prototype, build, document, and support Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment solutions
• Convert business needs into detailed specifications and oversee development for integrated applications

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud functionality
• Proficient in Salesforce integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform, specifically with fulfillment processes
• SFDC certification is preferred
