Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Fulfillment Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve business and system processes for fulfillment within Salesforce and through third-party integrations
- Design, prototype, build, document, and support Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment solutions
- Convert business needs into detailed specifications and oversee development for integrated applications
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud functionality
- Proficient in Salesforce integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform, specifically with fulfillment processes
- SFDC certification is preferred
