Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support Salesforce applications across the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize functional requirements for Salesforce enhancements
- Analyze and document business processes to identify improvement opportunities within Salesforce solutions
- Validate system behavior through testing and serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and Salesforce Platform App Builder desired
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, particularly with federal government contracts
- Proven experience with Salesforce Gov Cloud Plus and Health Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
