Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions that align with business needs

• Support Salesforce admin tasks and improve platform performance by refactoring legacy code

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Experience with Salesforce integration and supporting cross-functional teams
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification (preferred)
