Senior Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technology Manager to join their Refining Catalysts Team remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for site support and issue resolution
• Manage capital projects, including monthly updates and mobilization preparations
• Lead process innovation initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing/technology or R&D, preferably in catalyst production
• Experience in leading process improvement and capital projects
• Demonstrated expertise and recognition as a subject matter expert
• Exceptional ability to present to all organizational levels, including senior executives
