Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business requirements related to order fulfillment in Salesforce
- Design and document Salesforce-based solutions, including integrations with middleware and entitlement systems
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Strong understanding of quote-to-order and fulfillment processes
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Salesforce certifications preferred
