Key Responsibilities

• Lead an ABAP development team
• Support and enhance the MAGIC SAP system
• Provide integration support for SuccessFactors EC and third-party systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years as SAP lead developer managing 10-15 resources
• 8+ years ABAP design and development, including Object-Oriented ABAP
• 4+ years with SAP in a Public Sector environment
• 2+ years training and mentoring public sector employees
