Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and streamline HR and Payroll processes through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Analyze requirements, configure systems, and test new features to support ongoing operations
- Leverage knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and payroll processes to contribute to project success
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and data
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule
- Mid-Senior level experience in systems integration or business analysis
- Full-time availability for a 4x10 work schedule
