Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP Employee Central Payroll Business Analyst, Staff / Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and streamline HR and Payroll processes through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Analyze requirements, configure systems, and test new features to support ongoing operations
• Leverage knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and payroll processes to contribute to project success

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and data
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule
• Mid-Senior level experience in systems integration or business analysis
• Full-time availability for a 4x10 work schedule
