SAP SAM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP SAM Functional Consultant to investigate and resolve user incidents related to SAP's Service and Asset Manager application.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming SAM-related incidents in ServiceNow
• Perform initial triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of user issues
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user communications

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience
• Extensive experience with SAP Plant Maintenance processes and SAM application
• Experience using the ServiceNow platform for incident management
• Strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization
• Multilingual in English and Portuguese
