Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key technical resource for enterprise customers in the legacy space
- Deliver proactive services including workshops, assessments, and expert guidance
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure project alignment with customer milestones
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SCCM and Intune
- Experience in providing end-to-end support and troubleshooting for SCCM/Intune
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 imaging and updates for business
- Experience with co-management and desired configuration management
- Ability to maintain and extend relevant accreditations and certifications
