Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in workforce management
- Technical aptitude in workforce management tools, such as Alvaria/Aspect
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with scheduling-based work is essential
