Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates cross-functional teams and leads projects to implement process improvements in scheduling and labor productivity
- Monitors quantitative improvements and conducts analysis to support business needs and technical issues
- Maintains optimal operation of scheduling applications and coordinates technical implementations and training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- 5-10 years of supervisory experience
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma Methodology preferred
