Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support a pharmaceutical client in a fully remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Manage the migration project, ensuring alignment and accountability for successful delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and facilitate coordination across teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, particularly in procurement and manufacturing
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus
• Understanding of procurement and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
