Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and facilitate Agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple concurrent development efforts throughout their full lifecycle
• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives
• Track team velocity and progress, ensuring adherence to Agile principles

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of Scrum Master experience in an Agile delivery framework
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile teams and 7 years in IT-related projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or CSM are required; PMI-PMP is a plus
