• Ensure the team applies agile principles and follows agreed-upon processes
• Facilitate day-to-day work progression and scrum ceremonies
• Clear obstacles and protect the team from outside interruptions

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience with Agile methodology and SAFe framework
• Experience with Drupal 10 and large public-facing Federal sites
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with federal government agencies
• Understanding of user-centered design techniques
