A company is looking for a 2025 Seasonal Customer Support Agent (Contract).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer support platform (Zendesk) for new inquiries
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions
- Work with the team to solve user issues and report site issues
Requirements:
- Customer service experience (online support experience preferred)
- Available to work varied hours, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Familiarity with fantasy football league types and formats
- Self-starter that can thrive in a remote office environment
- Computer equipment and fast/reliable Internet access
