A company is looking for a K12 Edtech/Digital Solutions Rostering Consultant (Seasonal).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support to customers utilizing EdTech products, addressing functionality questions and complex setup issues
- Conduct technical consultations regarding account creation and access to online resources
- Identify potential challenges with platforms and recommend effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a technical support desk position
- Backend experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)
- Experience in rostering and onboarding users into digital platforms
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with various operating systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
