Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Agent Support Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and workflow adjustments
- Provide support and leadership to ensure productivity among seasonal support staff
- Handle first-level escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
- 2+ years of previous customer service management experience
- 5+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
- A dedicated workspace free of background noise and distractions
- Bonus: Previous experience in a call center environment
