Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers and Territory Managers by answering calls and emails, processing orders, and resolving inquiries
- Research and provide information on order status, delivery issues, and customer history
- Participate in training programs and communicate with internal departments regarding order updates and shipping procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control processes
- Familiarity with MS Windows and Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
