Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers and Territory Managers by answering calls and emails, processing orders, and resolving inquiries
  • Research and provide information on order status, delivery issues, and customer history
  • Participate in training programs and communicate with internal departments regarding order updates and shipping procedures


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control processes
  • Familiarity with MS Windows and Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
