Job Summary
A company is looking for a Secretary II to provide administrative support within the Call Center Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete internal paperwork and typing assignments with high accuracy
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies and equipment
- Act as a liaison between the office and other departments
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited program in secretarial studies plus three years of full-time secretarial experience
- Additional experience may substitute for the secretarial program on a year-for-year basis
- Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
- Preferred proficiency in Outlook and knowledge of PeopleSoft and procurement policies
