A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to enhance client relationships and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize client retention and increase contract value
- Establish C-Level relationships and accurately forecast deals to leadership
- Educate clients on threat intelligence and optimize the use of the company's products and services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a business discipline
- 3-5+ years of Account Management experience
- Strong territory and contact management skills
- Proven track record of upsell/new business and renewal quota attainment
- Previous experience selling SaaS cyber solutions is a plus
