Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of admissions coordinators, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Provide mentorship and leadership to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction
- Collaborate on special projects and contribute to strategic planning for the admissions department
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing and/or behavioral health science is strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience managing a team of 10 or more in a call center environment
- Experience in substance abuse treatment settings is preferred
- Proficiency with multiple computer systems, including CRM and billing software
- Ability to type 50+ WPM while maintaining a conversation
