Senior Art Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Art Director to lead the visual direction of game projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and maintain the overall visual style and artistic vision for game projects
• Create assets and mentor a team of artists across multiple disciplines
• Collaborate with game designers and technical directors to align artistic vision with gameplay requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Artist in game development
• Experience shipping at least 2 commercial titles using Unreal Engine or comparable engines
• Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5 and proficiency in industry-standard tools
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Game Design, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of real-time rendering techniques and performance optimization
