UX Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Lead to join their design leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on complex, ill-defined problems, identifying core user needs and business opportunities
• Apply design thinking frameworks to conduct in-depth user research, develop prototypes, and iterate solutions based on user feedback
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams, facilitating workshops and influencing stakeholders through storytelling

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong background in UX/UI design and human-centered design methodologies
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within agile environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experience from leading agencies or enterprise innovation labs is a plus
