Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher to conduct research for their Business Technology product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and craft a research roadmap aligned with product priorities
• Conduct research across product teams to support feature development for specific personas
• Lead complex research projects and mentor junior researchers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant experience in UX research with business impact
• 8+ years of experience in technology or related fields as a UX research practitioner or leader
• Knowledge of evaluative, generative, quantitative, and secondary research methods
• Strong familiarity with the product development process
• Master's degree or PhD preferred
