Required Qualifications

• More than five years of experience in Design Leadership roles
• Experience in planning and driving direction autonomously as both a designer and manager
• Strong expertise in one or more Design disciplines
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and Research
• Demonstrated capability to understand the technical aspects of software products
