Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of service to customers and professionals, focusing on data analysis, budgeting, and business forecasting
• Build reports and presentations to support business decisions related to forecasting and costs
• Evaluate and optimize financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms and implement best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
