Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Ingestion (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network communications event traffic between security cloud and customer resources
• Design proprietary Cloud Protocol(s) and collaborate with Falcon Sensor teams across multiple platforms
• Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems while ensuring high availability

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in data structures/algorithms/distributed systems
• Over 7 years of experience in backend software development
• Experience building high volume services for cloud-delivered SaaS products
• Solid understanding of at least one cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing technologies
