Senior Blade Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Blade Engineer (Delivery).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage blade asset health through the Horizon platform, including inspection reviews and damage prioritization
• Provide blade engineering support for repair vendor management and develop repair budgets
• Lead customer projects, produce reports, and support sales by identifying new opportunities for blade asset management

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or a related technical/analytical field
• 7+ years of experience in wind energy blade engineering with an OEM, owner/operator, or ISP
• Expertise in blade design, manufacturing, and repairs
• Ability to manage distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Customer-focused with a self-starter mentality
