• Document business needs and translate them into requirements and user stories
• Create and maintain process maps to identify inefficiencies and support improvements
• Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• At least 3 years of functional experience in finance business processes
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and SharePoint is a plus
