Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document business requirements for software and process changes
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements
• Organize and lead projects from inception to execution, including managing schedules and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
