Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytical support functions for the Patient Relations Manager cohort and manage patient attrition reviews
- Drive analytics and reporting to inform strategies for improving patient retention initiatives
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align retention initiatives with organizational goals
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar fields
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and strategic planning
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides, Alteryx, and SQL
- Interest or experience in healthcare and value-based care
- Ability to manage and develop early-career professionals
