Senior Cost Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Cost Management Consultant to oversee multi-disciplined commercial real estate solutions for large clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of cost management for multiple real estate projects
• Develop and present recommended budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating services
• Align cost plans with project master schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and cost experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Innovative mindset to develop new methods for cost management
• Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
• Ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively
