A company is looking for a Sr. Cost Management Consultant to oversee multi-disciplined commercial real estate solutions for large clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of cost management for multiple real estate projects
- Develop and present recommended budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating services
- Align cost plans with project master schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and cost experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Innovative mindset to develop new methods for cost management
- Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
- Ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively
