Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of CX strategies and drive operational foundations
- Assess and redesign existing processes to enhance organizational maturity and scalability
- Drive strategic customer engagement programs to enhance customer loyalty and advocacy
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or strategy
- 5+ years of experience with executive communications and presentations
- 5+ years of experience with Google products such as Slides and Sheets
- Experience in a management consulting firm or corporate strategy role
- Strong proficiency in using AI technology to drive efficiency and maturity
