A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead business case development and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business case development and assess opportunities, risks, and ROI for proposed initiatives
- Support strategic planning and ensure initiatives align with business objectives and are executed effectively
- Perform detailed analysis of data and workflows to drive performance improvement and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum eight years managing projects, with five years in health care and/or insurance preferred
- Project management certification required; process quality certification highly desired
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in project management software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project
