Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiology Business Systems Analyst Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management and implementation of patient access software, including Cadence, Welcome, and MiChart
• Serve as a subject matter expert on template design and scheduling configuration to enhance patient access
• Develop project plans, lead workgroups, and provide consultative support for access initiatives and software functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft business tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Project management skills and experience in analyzing problems and proposing solutions
• Experience in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to institutional changes
